Building the tools
A lot of product-image work is the same job over and over, so instead of doing it by hand I built a pipeline for it. It pulls product images and logos, composites them, runs logo swaps through the ChatGPT and Gemini APIs, and drops finished assets back into the project folder.
I built a front-end dashboard on top of it so every batch gets looked at and approved before anything ships. The automation does the repetitive part and I still make the call on what is good enough to go out.
I art-direct AI-generated imagery and video the same way I would direct a shoot, and the fundamentals still do most of the work. Typography, spacing and color carry it, and so does knowing when a generated frame is nearly right and exactly what to change.

Shipping a product
Mewdie is a creative social app where your profile is a space you build rather than a page you fill in. I wrote the product specification first, the whole thing, down to touch-target sizes and what every gesture does, and then built it in React Native on a Supabase Postgres backend, working through Claude Code.
It came to sixteen screens and ten reusable components across roughly eleven thousand lines of TypeScript, with five phases of database schema behind it. I designed the whole thing and I also built it, so the handoff between those two jobs was a conversation with myself.
The part I care most about is the theme system. Light and dark are not two skins bolted on at the end, they are the same world lit differently, and every surface in the app reads from one set of tokens so nothing drifts. The swatches here are the actual values the app ships with.
